Refund/ Exchange/ Cancellation Policy

  1. Once placed, can I cancel my order?–  You can email us at info@masang.in to cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being placed. If your order is not shipped, it is eligible for cancellation. However, once shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
  1. What is the exchange/ return policy at Masang – Currently we do not accept returns/ or issue refunds for any product once sold – However, the following cases are eligible for exchange:

If the size does not fit you

We try our best to guide you and help you with the perfect size. However, in case the dress does not fit, we can exchange it for a different size. If the size is not in stock, you can buy any other kurta/ dress available in your size. (Provided the below mentioned conditions are met)

If you have received a damaged/ wrong product

All our products are shipped only after thorough quality checks. However, if you receive any damaged or incorrect product, we’ll exchange it with a fresh piece. If it is not in stock, you can buy any other kurta/ dress available in your size. (Provided the below mentioned conditions are met)

  • 3. What do I need to ensure for my return/ exchange to be accepted A complete parcel opening video is must for any exchange/ return to be accepted
  • You can return/ exchange your product within 48 hours from the time the product was delivered.
  • Only the products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered with all its labels and tags intact are eligible for exchange
  • Size exchange is allowed only once per order
  • Products bought on sale or discount or by using any coupon/ offer are strictly not eligible for any exchange/ refund. We understand that choosing the correct size might be an issue, so we would suggest you to go one size up for products bought on sale/ discount/ offers, so you can easily alter them if needed.
  • After receiving the product back, it’ll go through the quality check. If all the conditions are met, we’ll exchange the product within 7 working days from the day the product reached us.
  • 4. Some important points to know
  • Please check the product description before placing your order
  • The actual colour of the product may vary compared to what you see on the screen due to respective screen colour/ resolution. Nevertheless, we strive to match the tones as close to the original product colors as possible
  • Let’s not think of an irregular print or weave as a defect, as that is the beauty and trademark of a handcrafted product
  • Natural dyed colours might bleed during the first few washes or rub against the skin & other light-coloured garments.
  • Please follow the washing instructions as mentioned
  • 5. How can I exchange my product?
  • Mention your order ID, Name, Contact number and Issue with the product
  • Our team will contact you within 24-48 working hours and guide you with the exchange process
  • We’ll arrange a return pick up from your place (No additional charges for the same)
  • In case we are not able to arrange a return pick from your place, the customer will have to ship the parcel to us.
  • We’ll reimburse the delivery charges paid by the customer, in case the customer ships the parcel back. Please keep the courier receipt for proof.
